By purchasing a commission from myself, you hereby agree to the following terms of service. Should any of these be broken, you will be blacklisted from my services, and legal action may need to be taken depending on the severity of the situation.

GENERAL
I deny the right for my artwork to be sold for any cryptocurrency or blockchain project. My artwork cannot be used for NFTs.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase my designs or commissions.
By purchasing one of my designs you are purchasing limited rights to a specific character design.
After purchase, the design and/or art is still the creator's intellectual property. I retain the rights to use the design and/or art for promotional purposes.
(Eg. In submissions linking to commissions, as examples of my work.)
You may make variations of said character design for your own use, but they must be sold WITH the original. You may not profit off my work by making and selling alternate 'forms' of a character.
Under no circumstances may you alter my work, but I give opportunities to make edits during the commission phase, and you may edit a character design purchased from me in your own work. You may not use the work as your own unless you are the customer who commissioned said piece.
I retain rights to my artwork, but do allow for my artwork to be added to the value of a character should said character be sold.
I WILL REFUSE OUTRIGHT ANY COMMISSION REQUESTED WITH THE INTENT TO HARASS, HURT OR OFFEND.
